Inspired by the vision of a global market, Bitratex came into existence, with a modest 24,000 spindles spinning capacity, three decades ago in 1980. Our market driven stance and customer oriented approach, manifested with increasing demand for our products, impelled us to continuously grow and modernize. At present we have 70,320 spindles and 7,584 rotors (equivalent to 43,680 spindles) producing 32,000 Metric Tons of best quality yarns annually.

Nearly 70% of annual production of the company is directly exported and another 20% is exported after getting converted into fabrics and garments, to all advanced countries of the world.

The company produces both Ring Spun Raw White and Open End Yarns. Our yarns are available in wide range for weaving as well as knitting into fabrics for apparels, furnishing, automotive and industrial applications.The yarns are of better quality in-terms of increased strength, superior cleanliness, and better regularity. These yarns match the highest international standards and command a premium in the international market.

Package Type In paper cones having conicity 5°57 (for single yarn), 3°30 (for double yarn) packed in Carton or Pallet as per customer’s requirement. We use coloured cone tips and coloured strapping on carton and Pallets for ease in material identifications. All pallets are certified as per 15 PM-15 regulations for packaging materials. Package weight We have standardised package weight for each type of products. However, we can also supply cone weight as per customer’s specifications.

Acknowledging the continuous refinement in spinning technology, we have been regularly upgrading our stable of machinery and equipments. At present we have latest state of the art machinery setup including Toyoda RX 240 Ring Frame, Schlafhorst 338 Autoconer, Toyoda FL100 Simplex, Toyoda DX 7A Draw Frame, Rieter D-35/30 Draw Frames, etc.
The best machinery manufacturers from all over the world such as Trutzschler, Rieter, Toyoda, Zinser, Schlafhorst, Murata, Leewha, Xorella, Luwa and Mesdan have supplied machinery requirements of the company. Our quality assurance dept is equipped with the latest testing and quality control equipments mainly from Zelleweger Uster, Zweigle and Loepfe.

Fiber-blending flexibility, a key component, is achieved through investment in electronic blending equipment for Polyester/Viscose Blend. The state-of-the-art blending systems enable the intricate combination of fibers to achieve distinctive appearance characteristics or to enhance performance properties. Through a substantial investment in last 5 years, we have been able to maintain a technology leadership position in the industry. Because of this commitment to quality and innovation, we continue to provide a superior product, in the cost-effective manner the market absolutely demands.

The unit has some of the most sophisticated testing equipment to test raw material, material in process and the final product. Special stress has been given to minimize contamination, both at pre-spinning and post-spinning stages by adding machines like Vision Shield in Blow Room from Loptex and Schlafhorst-338 with Loepfe - 9001 (Siro Cleaner) Contamination Control Channel at winding stage.
