Besides having modern machinery, Bitratex has Quality Assurance Laboratory complete with the latest equipments and manned by skilled personnel to test raw materials (fibers), intermediate products from the every stage of its manufacturing processes and the final product namely, the yarn.

The company has adopted Total Quality Management (TQM) System at corporate level which in turn enables us to deliver uncompromised quality yarn and offer efficient after sales service to our customers.

In order to make the products globally acceptable, various standardization efforts have been made in the textile industry.

Bitratex has embraced and implemented International Standards at the very beginning itself. As a result, the company is accredited with ISO standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, since 1995.

The Bitratex products conform to Oeko Tex Standard 100 for having “No Harmful Substances” in the products and thus meet the “Human Ecological Standards” and hold the following certifications (which are renewed every year) (link : to download Oeko Tex certificates)

• Yarns made of 100% Polyester.
• Yarns made of 100% Cotton, 100% Rayon, 100% Modal and their blends or blends with Polyester.
• Flame Retardant Polyester yarns : Semi Dull and Bright

In addition to the above certifications, textile industry’s top most quality testing equipment manufacturing company “Uster” has certified our products as “Usterized” to further endorse our uncompromised quality. Our products also comply with the provisions of REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization & Restriction of Chemicals) of European Union.
